What you can do with this dashboard

  • See PMAY-G progress for any state, district, block, gram panchayat and village
  • Find beneficiary names and see the status of their house
  • Search by name, father’s or husband’s name, village or registration number, in Hindi or English
  • Copy the list, download it for Excel, or print it
  • Share the dashboard on WhatsApp, Facebook or Telegram

No login, no registration and no fees.

Before you start

Keep these details ready:

  • Your state, district, block, gram panchayat and village name
  • The financial year in which the house was sanctioned, if you know it
  • The beneficiary’s name and father’s or husband’s name
  • The PMAY-G registration number, if you have it (it is printed on the sanction letter). It is the quickest way to find a name.

Don’t know the year? No problem. Just check one year at a time.

How to check your name: step by step

Step 1: Open the dashboard

Scroll down to the dashboard on this page. Wait a moment until the option boxes appear.

Step 2: Choose the financial year

Tap the Fin Year box and choose a year, for example 2024-2025. The dashboard loads the next options on its own. Wait until the loading message goes away before you choose the next box.

Step 3: Choose the scheme

In the Scheme box, keep Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana – Gramin selected. It is usually already chosen for you.

Step 4: Choose your state and tap Submit

Select your State and tap the orange Submit button. A table appears with the figures for the districts of your state.

Step 5: Tap names and numbers to go deeper

Any name or number that is orange with a dotted underline can be tapped. Tap your district to see its blocks, then your block, then your gram panchayat, then your village.

Tapping a number (for example, the number of completed houses) opens the list behind that number.

Step 6: Find your name

When you reach the list of beneficiaries, type a part of the name into the box that says “Search name, village, number…”. The table instantly shows only the matching rows, and tells you how many it found (for example, 3 of 120 rows).

Step 7: Save or share

Use the Copy, CSV or Print buttons to keep the list, or the WhatsApp, Facebook and Telegram buttons to share the dashboard with your family.

Tip: Each step can take 10 to 30 seconds, because the data comes live from the government server. When you see “Fetching live data from PMAY-G…”, please wait. Tapping again and again will not make it faster.

Moving around: path, Back and Start over

  • The path line at the top (for example Home › Fin Year: 2024-2025 › State: Uttar Pradesh › Agra) shows where you are. Tap any earlier step to jump straight back to it.
  • ← Back takes you one step back.
  • ↺ Start over clears everything and takes you to the beginning.

Going back is instant. The dashboard remembers the pages you have already opened, so you don’t have to wait again.

Report Details

These are the words you will see most often in PMAY-G reports. The exact columns can change between reports and years.

Search tips

  • Type only part of the name. “Sunita” will find both “Sunita Devi” and “Sunita Kumari”.
  • Try Hindi and English. Official records often have names in Hindi, so try “सुनीता” as well as “Sunita”.
  • Try other spellings, such as Devi/Debi, Yadav/Jadav or Kumar/Kr.
  • Search by village or registration number to narrow down a long list.
  • Clear the search box to see the full list again.

The search box looks only inside the table on your screen. So first open the right village, then search.

Save, print or share the list

  • Copy copies the table. Paste it into WhatsApp, Excel or Google Sheets.
  • CSV downloads a file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets. Hindi names show correctly.
  • Print prints only the report, not the whole web page. To keep a PDF, choose “Save as PDF” in the print window.
  • Search first to save less. If you have typed something in the search box, only the matching rows are copied, downloaded or printed. This is handy when you need just your family’s row.
  • Share buttons at the bottom send a link to this page on WhatsApp, Facebook or Telegram. The link opens the dashboard from the start, so tell the other person which district and village to open.

Using the dashboard on your mobile

  • Tables can be wide. Swipe left and right inside the table to see all the columns.
  • The column headings stay at the top while you scroll down a long list.
  • Turn your phone sideways to see more columns at once.
  • It works in Chrome and other mobile browsers. You don’t need to install any app.

Name not in the list? Try this

  1. Check other financial years. The house may have been sanctioned in a different year.
  2. Try other spellings in Hindi and English, and search by father’s or husband’s name.
  3. Check the gram panchayat and village. Make sure you opened the right one. Nearby villages are sometimes listed under one panchayat.
  4. Ask locally. Your Gram Panchayat office, Panchayat Secretary or Block Development Office (BDO) can check your status and tell you about the Awaas+ survey for families who are not on the list yet.

Common problems and quick fixes

  • “The official PMAY-G server is not responding right now”: the government website is busy. Wait a minute and tap Try again.
  • A box is grey and cannot be tapped: fill in the box before it first. For example, choose the Fin Year before the State.
  • Loading for more than a minute: refresh the page and start again.
  • “Too many requests”: you have opened many pages quickly. Wait a few minutes and continue.
  • Figures look old: look at “Updated … ago” at the bottom of the dashboard. The data is refreshed regularly, and the official portal also updates on its own schedule.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the official PMAY-G website?

No. YojanaGPT is an independent information website. This dashboard shows data from the official PMAY-G portal in an easier layout. For any official work, always use pmayg.dord.gov.in or visit your block office.

Is it free to use?

Yes, it is completely free. There is no login, no registration and no payment.

How up to date is the data?

The data is taken from the official PMAY-G portal and kept for a few hours so the page stays fast. You can see when it was last updated at the bottom of the dashboard.

Can I download the list as a PDF?

Yes. Tap Print and choose “Save as PDF” as the printer.

Do you save my searches or personal details?

No. The search works inside your own browser. The dashboard never asks for your name, phone number or Aadhaar number.

Why does it sometimes take time to load?

Each new page is fetched live from the government server, which can be slow at busy times. Pages that someone has opened recently load much faster.

Can I apply for PM Awas Yojana – Gramin here?

No. This dashboard only shows information. To be added to the scheme, contact your Gram Panchayat or Block Development Office.
