Want to know if your name is in the PMAYG beneficiary list? With the free tool below you can do a PMAY-G beneficiary list check for any gram panchayat in India in four simple steps. You will see every family that got a house under PM Awas Yojana – Gramin, along with the registration number, sanction details, money released and the current status of the house.

The data comes live from the official PMAY-G portal (pmayg.dord.gov.in). There is no login, no captcha and no fee. Note: YojanaGPT is an independent website, not a government website.

How to check your name in the PMAYG beneficiary list

  1. Choose your State. Wait a moment while the District list loads.
  2. Choose your District, then your Block.
  3. Choose your Panchayat (gram panchayat).
  4. Tap the orange Show Beneficiary List button.
  5. Find your name. Type a part of your name, your father’s or mother’s name, or your registration number in the search box. The list shows only the matching families.

The coloured step bar at the top of the tool shows how far you have reached. A green tick means that step is done.

Tip: Leave Year as “PMAYG Cumulative progress till date”. It shows every house from all years together, so you don’t need to know the year your house was sanctioned. To see only the PM Awas Gramin list 2026-27 (or any other year), choose that year instead.

Each step can take 10 to 30 seconds because the data comes live from the government server. Please wait while you see “Fetching live data from PMAY-G…”.

What the PMAY-G beneficiary list shows

Above the list you will see four quick figures for your panchayat: the number of beneficiaries, houses completed, houses in progress and the total amount released. Below them is the full list with these columns:

Tips to find your name quickly

  • Search by registration number if you have it. It is the fastest and most exact way.
  • Use the Village filter to see only your village when the panchayat has many villages.
  • Use the House Status filter to see, for example, only completed houses or only newly sanctioned ones.
  • Type only part of the name. “Sunita” finds both “Sunita Devi” and “SUNITA KUMARI”.
  • Try different spellings, such as Devi/Debi or Kumar/Kr, and try the father’s or husband’s name.
  • On a mobile, swipe the list left and right. The name column stays in place while you scroll.

Download, print or share the beneficiary list

  • CSV downloads the list for Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Print prints only the list. To get a PDF, choose “Save as PDF” in the print window.
  • Copy copies the list so you can paste it into WhatsApp or Excel.
  • If you have searched or filtered first, only the rows on screen are saved, printed or copied.
  • Use the WhatsApp, Facebook or Telegram buttons to share this page with your family or village group.

Name not in the PMAYG list? Try this

  1. Keep Year on “Cumulative progress till date” so that all years are included.
  2. Check the block and panchayat. Several villages come under one panchayat, so look at the Village column too.
  3. Try another spelling or search by father’s or husband’s name.
  4. Ask locally. If your family is still not on the list, contact your Gram Panchayat office or the Block Development Office (BDO). They can tell you about the Awaas+ survey for families who are not on the list yet.

If the tool says “Data Not Found”, the official report has no houses for the chosen year in that panchayat. Change Year to “PMAYG Cumulative progress till date” and try again.
